1. Custom orders
Every binder is made to order from your photo and text. Before you pay, you see a preview of your design. Please check spelling, names, and the photo carefully. We print what you approve.
Colors in print can look a little different from your screen. Small differences in color and trim are normal and are not a misprint.
2. Your photos and text
- You must own the photo or have permission to use it, and have permission from anyone shown in it.
- Do not upload anything illegal, hateful, sexual, violent, or that breaks someone else's rights, including logos or artwork you do not have permission to use.
- You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to use them only to create, preview, print, and ship your order.
- We can refuse or cancel any order we think breaks these rules. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
3. AI designs
Cover designs are created with the help of AI from your photo. Each design is unique, and results can vary. You can make new designs or edits before you order. Once you approve a design and pay, that is the design we print.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already placed. If a price is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you.
5. Shipping

6. Returns and refunds
Custom items can't be returned for change of mind. We reprint or refund if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is lost. See returns and reprints for details.
7. Gift links
If you buy a binder as a gift and send a link so someone else adds the photo, these terms also apply to the person who adds it. If no photo is added, contact us and we will help you finish or refund the order.
8. Our website
The site and design tool are provided "as is." We work to keep them running, but we can't promise they will always be available or free of errors. You may not copy, misuse, or try to break the site.
9. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be waived.
10. Third parties
Checkout and payments are handled by Shopify and payment processors, which have their own terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
