Shipping is free on every order to a US address.
How it is made and when it arrives
Each binder is made to order, never pulled from a shelf. A real person checks your photo and words, then your cover is printed just for you and your binder is built, one at a time. Most orders arrive about 2 to 3 weeks after you place them.
Ordering for Christmas?
Order by December 1 so your binder is made and delivered in time for Christmas.
Tracking
We email you a tracking link when your binder is on its way. Tracking can take up to about 10 days to show its first update after pickup. That is normal. If it ever looks stuck, email us and we will check on it.
Gift orders
If you send a gift link so someone else can add the photo, their binder is made once the photo is in and the proof is approved. It arrives about 2 to 3 weeks after that.
Lost or damaged
If your binder is lost or arrives damaged, we reprint it or refund you. See returns and reprints for how to tell us.
