Questions
When does it arrive?
The morning of the date you pick (about 10 to 11am Eastern). Pick today and it goes out a few minutes after you pay. You get a copy when it's delivered.
What can they buy with it?
Anything on WearSlabs: a custom slab hoodie painted around their card, a ready-made slab hoodie, or a custom card binder. If they spend more, they pay the difference.
What about their size?
They pick it when they design. Every custom hoodie size costs the same, so the $149 card covers any size. Extras like rarity stamps or a name print are added on top.
Is the card or slab included?
No. The hoodie has a zip pocket for a slab they already own. PSA, CGC and BGS slabs all fit.
Does it expire?
Never, and there are no fees. Only the $10 bonus card for you, the buyer, has a 30-day limit.
Can I change the date or email?
Yes, until it's sent. Reply to your confirmation email and we'll change it.
Can I use a promo code?
Promo codes are for hoodies and binders. If one is used on a gift card, the card is worth what you paid, and the $10 bonus needs $100 paid.
How long does their gift take to make?
Each piece is made to order around their card, so it arrives about 2 to 3 weeks after they design it.
