Questions
How much do I earn?
15% of each order with your code as Crew, and 20% as a Flex Partner or Signature partner. Card shops earn 15% cash, and 20% after 15 orders in 60 days.
When do I get paid?
Each commission clears after a 45-day hold, which covers returns. Payouts then go out twice a month by PayPal or bank, with a $25 minimum. Your first payout usually lands about 2 to 3 months after your first sale.
What does my audience get?
15% off everything at wearslabs.com with your code. Tell them to use your code instead of the email pop-up, because yours is the better deal.
How long does shipping take?
Every hoodie and binder is made to order around the buyer's own card, so it ships in 2 to 3 weeks. If you're a Flex Partner, pick a debut stream date at least 25 days out and your hoodie will arrive in time.
Do I have to post a set number of times?
No. Flex Partners are asked to wear the hoodie on one stream or in one video with a slab in the pocket, and say their code. Monthly giveaway binders go to partners who feature it that month.
Do I need to say it was a gift?
Yes. Mention it out loud or on screen every time, for example "WearSlabs sent me this hoodie" or #ad. That is the law in the US, and it keeps your audience's trust.
Can I run a giveaway on any platform?
Yes, if you follow that platform's rules: free to enter, no purchase required, and the platform's own giveaway tool where one exists. On live selling apps that need a physical prize, we send you a ready-made binder to give away.
Do I need a Shopify Collabs account?
Creators join through a free Shopify Collabs invite, which handles your code and payouts. Card shops join the same way, so their cash payouts run through Collabs too.
