Good to know

What photo works best?

Any clear phone photo works. Faces toward the camera and good light look best. If your photo is too small or blurry, we tell you before anything prints.

What if I don't like any of the 4 covers?

Make a new set, or type a change to the one that is closest, like "add Pikachu" or "make it night". Trying is free, and nothing prints until you approve a cover.

Can I change it after I order?

Yes, until it goes to print. Email us as soon as you can and we update it for you.

How long does it take?

About 2 to 3 weeks from order to door. Every binder is printed and built one at a time, just for you. Shipping in the US is free. For Christmas, order by December 1.

Can I return it?

Because every binder is made just for you, we can't take change of mind returns. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, or gets lost on the way, email support@wearslabs.com within 14 days (with a photo if you can) and we reprint it or refund you.

What happens to my photo?

We only use it to make your binder. It is deleted after 90 days.
